  Brooke quoted me insurance while she was on vacation - I really appreciated her taking them time while she was on vacation to take care of a potential customer. She was quick to respond to all of my questions, as well as knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to accomodate changes. She was patient while I was deciding whether to switch insurance providers, as well. I have saved a lot of money while keeping equivalent coverage.

  I had just moved to KY and needed both car and renters insurance. I had called another agency and did not even hear back from them.
  Then I called Brooke Whalen Insurance. Brooke was very helpful and had us insured within an hour or so. I am very happy with the friendly service. Brooke is professional and and knows her stuff.
  
  I would highly recommend her to anyone needing insurance.
