  My wife opened an account and was assured there would be no monthly fees. She was further assured that if there were any fees that she could call a number the representative provided to her and there would be no such fees; that they would take care of it. This did not happen and the bank refused to refund her account the wrongly withdrawn funds.
  
  My wife opened an account to get a $200 promotional credit to her account if a direct deposit posts in 90 days. Her employer neglected to set up the direct deposit in a timely manner and when my wife spoke with bank manager the manager was unwilling to work with her to keep her promotional credit; the entire reason she wanted an account at that bank.
  
  On top of all of this, every manager she dealt with was very rude. AVOID THIS BANK!
