  If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was given 3 different times when they were supposed to show up and survey my property and it was a no call no show each time. Everytime they didn't show up I had to call the the next day for an explanation. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. It'd be different if they were less expensive than other surveyors, but they are just as expensive if not more. Poorly run business with even worse customer service.
