  Simply put, Greg goes above & beyond the call of duty. He was referred to us by friends of ours and we couldn't be more pleased with the help he provided. He displayed a remarkable understanding of the area & the real estate market in general, as well as a studied knowledge of each of the properties that we looked at, which were many. Being somewhat indecisive about such a big commitment, we looked and weighed options for 6 months, during which Greg gave us just the right amount of attention, keeping in contact but not hounding or being pushy as some in sales tend to be. He took us to see several sites multiple times, always accommodating our schedule, often on short notice. He got a firm grasp on what we were looking for, geared us in the right direction, gave us sound advice on what price we were apt to get, and helped us through the buying process.
