  WORST SNS!! Please be cautious and don’t waste your money. PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY. They were very nice when I walked in, I had sns on my nails and wanted a different color. They soaked them off, then the lady started dipping, carelessly, it was all over my fingers. Then the man came over to shape them. I just saw him do a beautiful set of acrylic nails so I was happy thinking he could clean up what she did. He was rough and made them look ok? But they were still stuck to my fingers. So the lady came over to get them off and filed them ALL pointing to the left, some touching my skin, some parts of my nails had no polish!!! I was so embarrassed to say anything, but working in the service industry I know that when people pay me for my services (groomer now, but I was a cosmetologist for 10 years) that they should get a good service. She talked to the “manager” in a different language and he said “idk” and moved his customer to a different table. I told her I appreciated her time working on them but I was not happy they were all crooked. She said she would take $5 off (a $35 service) I said I would rather have them soaked off bc they were so crooked I would have to cut my nails off now and pay to get them fixed tomorrow. I asked to talk to the manager. He made me pay $25 “for her 2 hours of time” yeah.. I got my nails done for 2 hours and they look TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I sat there for 2 hours having my nails filed away while my patient bf sat there. I told him I don’t think I should pay if I don’t like them and they obviously were not willing to fix them. He said I had to pay $25. So being embarrassed and he wasn’t giving in, I paid. I was so mad!! But still being a nice person I apologized to her and said I was sorry and thanked her for her time, I just feel if they are offering a service that they need to be trained in how to do it properly. One of the maybe less than a handful of times in my life I have not tipped.
